Cheaptickets退款快1个月了还没收到
大家谁有邮件的联系方式呀，网站上只有电话，我怕我的烂英文他们听不懂。。。我是8月25号订的机票，没返我75的券，所以当时退款了（退款写明了不需要扣款，全款退）
大家有类似的经历吗？怎么联系CT呀
网站上再找找，他家电话客服也很难打的，打十几分钟都接不进去、、、、、、、、、、
该不会退款时写着不收钱最后还把钱收去了吧 怎么不返券呢?是否你自己没加入cheapcash？还有退过酒店，基本很快到帐 kaka游 发表于 2014-9-19 21:08

第一次没返券估计是没，不过他说可以免费退款的。。。后来订了第二次才成功返券

他们回邮件了，最后和信用卡中心核对了半天，原来没入账CT还是挺靠谱的，感谢石头提供的邮箱地址
