求助~希尔顿英文邮件回复模板。。
我的希尔顿银卡之前申请了三个月内四个stay升金,现在已经有三个stay,但是因为之前入住酒店给了差评酒店方就投诉到总部给我降了级。。总部给我回的邮件如下:We received notice of a promotion for upgraded tier status in which you do not qualify for.
Please be advised that your account was downgraded due to an unverifiable Accenture upgrade email address. If your account has been downgraded by mistake, please send an email from your Accenture email address to hhwlossprevention@hilton.com and we will upgrade the account back to silver. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
