EXPEDIA没收到退款邮件,但是退款还是收到了。。。这种情况下对方主动取消,钱应该是会退的吧

你可以试着自己打打看,其实没有想象得那么难的。听不清楚就多pardon几次或者让人说慢点。自己去沟通总归比较容易说清楚情况。而且你只是要退款不是要恢复订单什么的应该好说的。
