【白开心了】大家帮忙看看booking.com给我回复的邮件什么意思

在booking.com预定了Astoria ，说起来滑稽，之前在booking上预定基本都是免费，这次预定当天就扣了全费，然后我就发邮件问booking为什么扣费，答复是看我信用卡是否有效，相当于 冻结 。然后我问了信用卡银行，说不是冻结，而是真的扣了。我就又问booking，为什么不是你说的 冻结 ，而是真的扣了，大约等了1个月，回复如下。期间我查了booking的条款，发现Astoria 真的是要预定扣全款而不像一般预定什么都不用支付。
所以就有点迷惑了，booking发下面这个邮件是什么意思？1、只是把扣的钱退给我，到我入住再扣费；2、还是说这笔钱就送给我了，到入住是就当我是已经支付全款了(有点想得美)？
另外就是邮件提到的 Bank SWIFT/BIC code 是什么？

I am contacting you from the Customer Relations Department at Booking.com regarding reservation 20xxxxxxx at the Astoria Boracay. Our team handles escalated complaints and legal matters.
Please accept my sincere apologies on behalf of the Astoria Boracay for the inconvenience this matter has caused and for any dissatisfaction you may have experienced while using our services.
After careful consideration of all factors and events involved, Booking.com has decided to compensate of 790.86 USDyou as a gesture of goodwill because we value you as our customer. I am sorry that on this occasion you did not experience the usual level of service offered by the hotels on our web site.
In order for our Finance department to process this refund, I ask you to provide the following details by the end of the 18th of April, as Booking.com is unable to refund your credit card:
- Account holder name
- Account holder city
- Bank name
- Bank address
- Bank SWIFT/BIC code
- Account number

I hope that our efforts to resolve this issue will restore your faith in Booking.com.

今天Booking回复我了， 其中一句话：You will pay them directly at the hotel.
邮件里用了compensate补偿这个词，看起来还是很让人心动啊，没有说到是不是到酒店还要付费的问题，建议LZ装糊涂算了，大不了到了酒店刷卡付费也没损失。 还有那个swift code应该是银行结算代码，要打自己银行的客服电话问。 之前在booking定过扣全款的酒店，到了之后不需要再付费啊 你赚了吧？ ：） 需要你提供账户持有人名字，所在城市， 银行名字，银行地址，国际汇款辨识码（也就是那个银行分支的代码）可以问下银行要，银行卡号 然后给你赔偿 哇，如果真的是作为赔偿退款的话，楼主赚了！ stella 发表于 2012-4-17 20:17 static/image/common/back.gif

我也不确定怎么回事？
给booking发了邮件询问是否等于免费入住，还没回我。 貌似是赔偿金哎，700多刀，赚翻了 Bank SWIFT/BIC code是银行在SWIFT报文中的代码，问银行可以要的，汇款都是需要的。 rexhsu 发表于 2012-4-17 23:00 static/image/common/back.gif
