发邮件去是没用的,一直不退钱在facebook上,一个老外给我留言了,要求我一起维权,我的英文水平不够,到网页上看了半天没发现投诉的地方,个位大侠帮忙看看

Airfasttickets owes me $1000, and they have done the exact same underhanded things to me. After I filled out the complaint form above. The agency started following up with me within HOURS and have sent letters to the airline and airfasttickets that the companies are now required by law to follow up on. In the department's reply to me it seemed pretty clear that the more people complain about any one company, the more trouble it is for airfasttickets and the more pressure there will be to pay back the consumers they have defrauded. This only took me about TEN MINUTES to fill out, so I urge you all: if you can't afford a lawyer, this is your best option to force airfasttickets to pay you back.
