ratestogo成功取消预订，附邮件沟通方法
我是因为抢羊毛把日期搞错了，于是只能取消又重新订了，原以为那几澳刀只能便宜ratestogo，没想到通过联系客服可以顺利免费取消，还不用打国际长途了，大家有需要的可以参考，附我的邮件内容和客服的回复：1、这是hotelclub客服的回复，电邮地址：customer_service@hotelclub.com

Ihad booked a room(reservation number:xxxxxxxxx) with my credit card but made the check-in date wrong.So I made a new booking at the same hotel (reservation number: xxxxxxxxxx)and cancelled the original booking by following the direction on the website.
In this case ,may I get your help to refund from the cancelled booking?

那个不是可以直接在线取消的吗？ 在线也可以取消的啊，难道楼主订的是在线不能取消的？？？ {:5_367:}{:5_350:} 我订的确实是在线取消不退钱的，{:1_1:} 标记一个谢谢分享 留个爪，，，，， 不知道是不是魔咒。周日订房之前找折扣代码，看了眼楼主的帖子，结果日期也给定错了，提前了一个月。之后立刻取消重新预定，也给LZ留的地址发了邮件，结果今天收到邮件说预定不可取消，但是已经跟酒店协调是否可以不收取取消费用，让我等消息~~~~
