CANCELLATION POLICY:
[*]Cancellation with 7 days advance notice before original arrival date will result with no cancellation charge
[*]Cancellation upon arrival / shorten stay (early check-out) for whatever reason is subject to one advance room night charge whether or not you stay the whole period. Please refer to the example below:

EVENT OF NON ARRIVAL OR NO SHOW:

[*]If you fail to check in on the arrival date due to travelling difficulty for eg. miss of flight or miss of boat but still plan to continue your stay at our resort, please urgently contact us so that we can keep the room for you for the rest of the nights. However, the room charge for the first night will still be charge for late arrival fees
