Instructions to redeem your voucher(s):
• Once ready to redeem, visit Flyscoot.com to make your booking.
• On the payment page, select 'VOUCHER' and enter the code of the voucher you intend to redeem.
• The voucher amount will then be offset against the Total Package Price. The net amount payable will be reflected on the Total Amount Due.
Terms & Conditions:
• This voucher entitles the holder to credit (of amounts specified above) that may be applied toward travel on Scoot marketed and operated flights. It may not be redeemed for cash.
• The voucher is valid (6 months) from the date it was issued. Extension of voucher validity is not allowed.
• Travel must be booked before September 12, 2016.
• All standard fare rules and conditions of the fare(s) purchased apply.
• If the value of the itinerary exceeds the voucher value, you must pay the difference.
• If a voucher balance remains after purchase, it will be forfeited.
• A voucher once redeemed, becomes void for further use and cannot be refunded.
• Voucher is only valid for the payment of airfare, airport/ government taxes and any ancillary services/ fees directly levied and provided by Scoot at time of booking.
• Third-party services marketed by Scoot including, but not limited to, travel insurance, hotel packages, car hire, etc. must be paid separately by the guest.
