去意大利，慎用booking：还有收了房费，坚持不给住的都有.

我订了8.15一个锡耶纳的房子，是不可取消，钱扣了，但我邮件去问，超过晚上9点入住可否？人家回复不可能只能到19点，说订房时己写明，对啊，订房时是写明了，但是也写了超过时间需与公寓房确认时间，并加钱，并没有说不可以住啊。
我邮件问这家酒店：如果8.15不能入住，帮我调整至8.16，或者退款，结果人家说不能在19点到达酒店是我的责任，不退款。
还有这种不讲理的酒店的。于是请BOOKING客服协调，希望加钱入住，或换日期。。
BOOKING给我了回了二封英文邮件，第一封：大意说对方不同意，给我一个链接，然后说虽然对方不同意，但我可以继续取消。。。－－－－消费者不能入住，让我自行取消，这不是让我把钱当水漂。。。
第二封英文邮件：告知对方说了，要进行赛马训练还是什么的，己关门，不能入住，但后续是帮我调整时间还是其他就没有下文了。就留个酒店的电话给我，
为了这个闹心的事情，我前后打了4次客服电话，，客服和我说：有些意大利人，超过19点。晚上加钱也不给客人入住的，因为不愿意CHECK IN
碰到这种情况，如果是你该怎么办？
现在在家公寓收己收，他现在比我狠。。。

就如我在商场购买了一件衣服，不能穿，销售点不给换，我当然要找到商场来解决。。
所以除非万不得已或者特别便宜，否则绝对不订不可取消的房间 是的，下次还是订能够取消的酒店吧，这样有什么情况就主动多了。 啥情况！ BOOKING一切都是酒店说了算信用卡还有被盗刷的风险 那现在怎么办？消费者维权如何维护？各位大侠，帮出出主意啊 我在宾客定酒店都是定那种可以取消的，不能取消的酒店总感觉不靠谱，没有自信才搞不能取消的条款，就是一锤子买卖，所以，这种酒店，坚决不定！！！！！！！
