信用卡支付宝支付后找不到订单后，TUNE回复的邮件

   Our system does not show any booking(s) registered under your name with the email address of【我的邮箱】 for the stated period. Please provide us with the email address you have used for the booking, if you were using a different email address. If you would like to check your booking information, you can do it online at our website at www.tunehotels.com through the following steps:
1.      Click on the Manage confirmed bookings button
2.      Key in your email and password
3.      Click Login
4.      The My Bookings page contains all booking(s) made by you. To view details of each booking, choose the booking you would like to look at and then click View Selected Booking.
5.      You will then see the Booking Details page which shows you the hotel location, arrival date, departure date, add-ons purchase(s), etc. If your Maybank account / credit card has been charged, kindly provide us with your 16 digits credit card number and your credit card statement. 有悲剧了，我又发了一封带支付宝的截图过去，这tune也太坑爹了，信用卡支付宝弄的都没有订单

上一次tune促销的时候订了好几间啊，都没问题。那你登陆自己tune的账户里有记录吗？
