大家的TUNE付款后灭有订单。。是不是都是退的款呀 ？有木有承认了订单的呢？这个退款可不可以。。用来购买 已经定好了的房间的空调呢 ？{:7_325:}

到它的微博去留言最好 ~~~ 微博留言+邮件 ，过去4天了，杳无音讯 我没收到退款 我能做的都做完了，今天看tune在一个客户下留言说的是今天所有受到影响的都会收到邮件，我再等等吧 收到信了

我也收到邮件了，请问这个退款是退回支付宝还是退到账户上呢？ 我也收到了，是可以选择重新订房和退款2种的
