Tunehotel促销支付宝付款问题

从昨晚一直弄到现在了，每到了最后一步，输入入住姓名，护照号，按下一步就进不了支付页面

然后显示

YOUR PAYMENT IS PENDING, PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS BELOW

[*]We are experiencing a payment confirmation delay from the bank. It is possible that you did not complete the payment attempt or the payment process took longer than the allowed time period to complete.
[*]If your payment process was completed successfully, please do not attempt to book again. Please allow 2 hours for the payment status to be updated.
[*]Our payment reference is , please make a note of this in case you need to contact us.
[*]If you do not receive a Booking Confirmation or you are unable to locate your booking by logging onto https://bookings.tunehotels.com/AccClient/MyInformation.asp (within the next 2 hours), please contact your bank to check if the payment was successful.

[*]If yes, please contact us at +603 79625888 or email enquiry@tunehotels.com and furnish us with the bill number of the confirmed payment.
[*]If no, please proceed to book again.

这个好象不要紧的吧，只是说付款确认需要2个小时。如果两小时后还没有收到确认件，再联系他们。我好象都成功的
