关于Pointshound 预定 支付成功没有订单的情况 我的进展情况

5号的晚上预定了 明年2晚的酒店~~~
用的是浦发的AE进行的交易 填完了信息之后 秒来扣款的短信。但是网页又跳回了填写信息的界面。
然后看了先订单 空白。。。。
于是我就写信。。。。。秒回了我说的是问题收到 2天回复 但是截止现在还木有回复。
打电话去浦发问 浦发的回答是这个款现在商家还没来请款~~~这个钱是一个预授权的状态, 要等商家来请款了以后预授权完成才可以入账,或者就是商家没来请款等1个月后这笔交易自动取消。。。 现在基本上就是这样一个情况

一样的 ,我五号预定的,当天发了邮件,现在都没有回复。。。预授权也没有取消,钱没退回来。

已经回信了 但是结果是 我在进去看的时候就没有1万里程的奖励了。。。。。
算了 还是老老实实的去IHG官方定房算了。
