I want to cancel PBHCL294******** because my flight schedule change.
But I cannot cancel it on the website. Can you cancel it for me?
As to hotel policies,
Cancellation:
Fully refundable if canceled before 00:00 on 25/09/12
AUD61.73 charge if canceled between 00:00 on 25/09/12 and 10:00 on 25/09/12
Non-refundable if canceled after 10:00 on 25/09/12
All times are local hotel time. If you need to change or cancel this hotel reservation, please do so through HotelClub rather than through the hotel directly.
It will be fully refund, right?
