最可恨里面就没写联系他们改签，有在去哪儿预定的说那边代理联系了航司只退不改。这种能在中国运营的航司我们投诉能有用吗？

我今天也收到飞猪通知了，但是在官网买的反而还没有收到邮件通知。飞猪上定的联系了代理说退款或者改签，但是改签的时间段没办法是春节时间段的。这补明摆的。。。。该怎么撕呢
