上次曼谷洲际假日积分房改房型了
本帖最后由 ganjie1101 于 2017-8-22 00:44 编辑前两天又看了一下app，发现预定的单卧行政套房给换成了大床套房，联系酒店后回复我，预定是有效的，但预定的房型在此期间会装修！大家有元旦节住曼谷假日酒店的吗？看看是不是和我一样？

We just learnt thatyou have booked a room at Holiday Inn Bangkok under the reward nights redemption program with Confirmation number 61, the program is valid for Standard Room only however due to some technical glitches you have received confirmation for Executive Suite type.
But, the Executive Suite are under renovation during your stay, so our reservations team have amended your booking to Junior Suite and as a courtesy we have included a complimentary club access as per your original booking confirmed during the visit for up to two adults.
