短信，邮件都收到了，邮件跟酒店确认，得到如下回复
Thank you for contacting us, we still do not have the reservation at our system, if you made the resevation by a third party member we advise to check it out with them.

订了花莲的两晚，直接打电话去酒店确认了已收到订单，才把之前booking的订单取消
