We are writing to you regarding your reservation, confirmation 56Z5XX at Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur, check-in date 13-May-18, and check-out date 18-May-18. We understand that you have booked the daily average rate of MYR 180 ++. However, due to technical complications that we are currently experiencing on our reservation system, it is with regret that we inform you that the rate is incorrect. The correct amount for your reservation is MYR 3,695 ++ for 2 persons excluding the additional fee of MYR 180++ for the 3rd occupant for the duration of your stay. The daily Bed & Breakfast rate for a weekday is MYR 739++ (Sunday through Thursday) and for a weekend MYR 639++.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this situation has cause you and for that we will extend the stay for 3rd occupant at no additional fee. If you are acceptable of our offer, we will make the changes and send a new confirmation letter, detailing the correct daily rate and at no additional fee for the 3rd occupant.
We are working on the technical complications that we are currently experiencing to correct the information on our site until it is correct. We thank you for your understanding and your patience on this matter. Please do contact us upon receiving this email.

真不厚道，看看加航 这个果然没认…… 我也收到了…… 需要赔偿。。。。 我也收到了，需要email 給酒店取消订单吗？ 酒店的bug不认的还是比较多的，不像机票，还好看了下就没啥心情搅局 真不厚道，还文华东方呢！ 心态要好 有啥不厚道的，:lolDLB心态要摆正;P
