打过去，他说申请退票 必须要在起飞前联系亚航，事后他们只能申请退机场税的，我说我1.30 下午3:30的飞机 你亚航11:50才发邮件叫我选择改签还是退票，我人在国外怎么联系你们客服啊，而且他邮件也没有说必须在起飞前联系他们呢，他说他只能帮我尝试申请，不知道能不能成功
