亚航航班更改后，又发送确认邮件，是否无法再免费更改...

2月12日收到了亚航发来的航班取消信息，内容如下：

收到此邮件的时候大概看了一下觉得更改的时间不大也没太在意此事，过年期间在海南度假收到了马来西亚的电话，说是亚航，本人英语水平有限，听懂的意思就是说航班取消，后面也没太懂就挂了。18年2月27日又收到航班更改后的确认邮件，
我想请问一下，我这种情况，回程的航班是不是已经确认被更改了，就不能享受免费更改时间或者全额退款的服务呢？
与我同行的朋友因为身体原因一直在住院，无法如期出行，本来想着如果能免费更改回程，去程付点手续费也没问题，但是后期又收到的邮件让我们心里凉了一截，想问问各位大神我们这种情况，如何避免过多的损失呢？
按照邮件的说法是可以退款到信用账户的，不过你接到的电话才是关键，别个说了什么，和你说了什么，如果有录音就好了，因为亚航客户处理都要讲证据的，不过你可以打国内的电话具体问问怎么处理看他要你提供什么证据 我那次航班更改，亚航也是打电话来了，我听不懂英文，直接挂了，哈哈。然后邮件联系 求助，请各位帮帮忙 我航变的时候， 记得客服说过，只能更改一次的机会，让我考虑清楚。
