收到booking对Novotel 的回复

刚才收到的第一封邮件。

缘由是，当时定完房间后，补充修改了订单，并写上 i want to stay in this room at the promotion price。。

我一共订了3次。另外2次也是这样的写的，但是邮件内容不同，如下

Unfortunately, based on the information you have supplied, we are unfortunately unable to perform your request.In order to assist you better, we kindly ask that you supply more detailed information such as:•   

   Specific request We kindly request that you clarify your request in order for us to help you. Upon receipt of this information we should be able to process your request. However, please note that we can only see and assist with reservations that have been made through our website.

奇怪，难道不同的订单，他们分别处理？我是从官网订的，昨天写了封中英文的邮件，看老天了，呵呵
