宿务菲国内航班改点两班都超过1小时，可以要求改国际吗？

明年宿务中国到马尼拉，马尼拉出发菲国内都买好，昨天来通知，菲国内的都提前1小时，说是可以Rebook or reroute to an alternate airport up to 30 days from original flight schedulewithout charges*。
那么我改了菲国内的，中国到马尼拉的可以同时要求改吗？

30天内是没啥问题的，但是超过30天就不好说话~
