IHG有点太不厚道了！欺骗的行为！
8号时候match邮件用希尔顿0分金卡，网站很快给了我platinum，当下预定当晚三间铜锣湾皇冠假日，消费近2000刀，回来后今天问积分什么时候到账，竟然看到我的级别降为club！查邮箱竟然发来这封信！马上骂回去！有点太不要脸了吧！骗我消费后，马上降级！Jasmin Leyson,
I expressed surprise and anger you.When I consume, and ye gave me Platinum .I did not get the points before you cancel Platinum.I do not think this is the correct practice of such a big company.
I consumed at Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay for nearly $ 2000, I think I have the ability to become your platinum, but I was very disappointed with your behavior.This is a deception.
Same conditions Hilton gave me a gold card,Accor gave me Platinum Card, obviously they wise than you.
