I am contacting you regarding the reservation that you made at the theCrown Regency Beach Resort for the period of Check-in: 2013-01-18 Check-out:2013-01-24

Reservation number is XXXXXXX.

As you may probably understand, the rates were incorrect and the new rate is 693.00 EUR

Please make the extra payment of 678.00 EUR if you wish to have a confirmed booking for this hotel.

Your deadline is 24 Dec 2012

We do hope that you can understand that we did all we can to assist you with your hotel booking.

我是1月4号的，太恶心了，我之前已经和他们确认过的，而且和酒店也确认过，都没有问题，因为还取消了 MB的 订单，损失了500多的 定金，昨晚上也收到类似的邮件了{:6_706:}
