没用的，订房的时候上面有句话。
This hotel cannot be booked instantly; we need to check availability first.      Simply enter the details of your request and we’ll go and find out for you.      This is a booking request only      – we’ll email you by 16:41 GMT (00:41 hotel local time) with an update on your booking.
这只是个订房的要求，而且你支付的应该是订金，还不知道能不能退。

订购时候怎么只有信用卡号码和安全码，怎么没有具体银行名称？
并且20分钟，没有银行扣款通知？
