上面写的收到发票后第二天起的7个工作日截止，抓紧，时间可能不够了。
不是吧，这么麻烦，我还有一大堆券要注册。

是发邮件到高朋那里查询吗？
应该先发到hc确认是否无效，如果无效再去高朋问吧
