求帮助 ,谁帮我看下上次雅高促销我这样入住有问题吗?

有编号,钱也扣了,就只收到这个中文的邮件,但是一直没有收到上面说的确认,第一次定,不是很明白,我拿着预定编号可以入住吗?谢谢,

这个邮件是当时定了就发给我了,我觉得是不是因该再有个英文确认信的呀 ，都已经一个月了 ，没有收到任何的确认信息了

都不需要打印，到前台直接报名字就可以了。
