LZ, 我去程是从杭州-吉隆坡-清迈，回程从清迈-合艾-陆路进马来西亚，那我去程可以用过境签吗? 在国内就办一次入境马来西亚留着陆路用啊？ 会不会到时候吉隆坡机场看到我有签证就不给我过境签啦？:dizzy:
Lz:我下个月深圳飞吉隆坡，当天转机巴里岛，我需要先在国内申请印尼签证吗？我担心在lcct办理过境签和登机牌时有问题•

Transit Without Visa for Citizens of Bangladesh, Pakistan, India and Sri Lanka
Conditions for Approval of Transit Without Visa Facility
Transit without visa (TWOV) facility is not offered other than to Indian SubContinental Countries citizens.
TWOV cannot be given to visitors who do not possess visa 3rd country of destinations as follows:-
i. Australia
ii. New Zealand
iii. United States of America
iv. Japan v. China
vi. Taiwan
vii. South Korea
TWOV facility cannot exceed more than 120 hours (5 days)
TWOV facility is not available at entry point other than Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and Low Cost Carries Terminal (LCCT)
TWOV cannot be offered to passenger sponsored by airlines other than Malaysia Airlines and Air Asia. At present only MAS and Air Asia have agreed and accepted all the terms and conditions impose by Malalysian Government
TWOV cannot be given to visitor who does not fulfill the following:-
i. Valid national passport or internationally recognized travel document;
ii. Travel documents valid for more than six (6) months from the date of entry;
iii. A return ticket to country of origin iv. Not listed in Immigration Department suspected list
There will be no extension of TWOV facility
Permanent resident and long term pass holder does not bound to any of TWOV regulations and condition stipulated above.
这里又说必须马航或者亚航呢，而且是KLIA或者LCCT，搞不懂了！

射哥, 你如果看我首帖发那个原文链接,其实你发这个在我那个页面就有哈. 是TWOV的第二点. 第一点就是涉及针对我们中国公民的情况,第二点是针对印度次大陆那些国家说的,与我们无关,我就没贴出来,但是链接里是有的. 这个和我们没关系,而且是2010年7月15日以后才生效的新政策.

刚刚 去官网看了一下：明确指出了要：亚航和马航才可以办过境签证。如下红色的。
a. Requirements:
i. Travelling by Malaysia Airline System or Air Asia only.
仅限乘坐马来西亚航空或亚洲航空。
ii. Posses a valid Single Entry Visa (SEV) / Multiple Entry Visa (MEV) from the 7 (seven) countries as listed at paragraph 2 (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) (v) (vi) (vii);
iii. Confirmed ticket to countries as listed at paragraph 2 (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) (vi) (vii)
iv. Passport / travel document with the expiry date of not less than 6 months on the date of arrival in Malaysia.
v. Not listed as barred person from entering Malaysia; and
vi. Proof of financial ability to stay in Malaysia.
