现在有个问题请求解答，预订成功，是自己的会员卡，但是是用别人的信用卡定的，扣款成功，邮件显示，
The above credit card must be presented upon arrival for your countersign. The owner of credit card must be travelling, otherwise this payment will be denied and recharge by cash or the other credit card.
意思说信用卡的所有人必须也在住宿当中，否则将被拒绝。这个问题应当怎么办，有人遇到过这个问题吗
