We aplogized for your inconvenient cause that we could find the credit card detail in the booking because of technical problem. Please kindly advise us for credit card detail as per attached file and then we will charge the booking for your stay.还有这句话的大意是想表达什么?不懂

第二个信用卡信息丢失,填附件里的表格并回复,再重新扣款。

你好,看了下那个附件,要信用卡卡号,到期日。信用卡公司,金额,原因,这样安全吗?
