我通过订房网站订了一间房，订房网站有确认邮件，但我想和酒店直接联系确认一下，找不到酒店的邮箱怎么办？网站上也没有写。

I just booked a room and made full payment by credit card on your website. My booking number is xx. However, I have not received the confirmation email yet and the booking record does not show in my account. Can you please help me check it through and let me know whether the booking is confirmed and the payment is settled?
