2014, as the transaction on your credit card (last four digit 00XX) was
declined.
Please kindly provide an alternate credit card details before 13 Feb 2014,
18:00 hrs (HK local time) to prepay your hotel booking.
If we do not hear from you by the above option date, we assume that you have
made alternate arrangements and your reservation will be released
automatically. Best available rates will apply upon request again.

是表示信用卡擔保付款失敗嗎? 訂單會取消嗎?
可是此訂單是不能取消&更改的…
會不會到了退房日又扣款呀?

我有一次是订普吉ibis,也是一样的问题,收到邮件说无法扣款。我觉得这样邮件提供信用卡信息很不安全,没理。之后入住顺利没影响。不过还是建议楼主跟酒店联系下吧。

那如果我現在不想要這張訂單了…
這個預訂單等到期了還會扣我錢嗎?
(打去信用卡公司客服,是說沒看到任何accor有任何扣款或擔保的資訊)
現在是擔心…如果我改去訂別的房間,這張單子到時又扣我信用卡費= =
我現在只想讓這張訂單無效…而不要扣到我的錢…我去下別的訂單訂別的房!!

謝謝,當時酒店發email的人下班了,
打去酒店問…說要等隔天
再打去官網…說無法處理,一定得等酒店預定部員工上班…
白白鬧心了一天~
後來請酒店取消了我的訂單(無任何費用)
但將來不會再用accor的訂房系統 & 住這家酒店…
