AAGO免费取消只能打马来电话吗？（发邮件已成功取消）

不能在线取消吗？
昨晚发邮件，中午收到回邮，让我确认是否取消，一旦取消无法修改。

我回邮确定要取消，几分钟后收到已取消的邮件。
