收到最新砍单邮件:普吉千禧酒店ebooker还是砍单

得到的结果还是砍单啊
we are only able to comment on reservations made with our company and as we have already advised the hotel have confirmed they are not prepared to honour the booking as currently reserved without additional payment. The deadline for this additional collection has now passed and our team is in the process of crediting refunds to customers who have been impacted by the hotels error.

Here at ebookers, we are always watching for events that may affect your travel.

We are contacting you once again with regard to your recent reservation booked through ebookers at the Millennium Resort Patong, Phuket for 22.02.15. Regrettably, the hotel published an exceptionally low rate for your room as a result of a technical error, and the hotel is unable to accept your room reservation at that rate.

By way of apology for any inconvenience this may cause we have negotiated with the Millennium Resort who have agreed to offer you a special rate to confirm the reservation for your chosen dates, which would involve an additional payment of 102.26 GBP. If you wish to confirm your reservation at this rate, please contact our service team on 0203 147 6950 who will be able to assist you to confirm your booking and charge the additional amount to the card we have on file.

If you do not want to proceed with reconfirming your reservation at the special rate offered and would like a full refund it’s not necessary to call us and you can simply provide your PBEB booking reference to us via the following link - Hotel Cancellation. Our team will cancel the booking and process a full refund for you which will show as cleared funds on your account within 2- 3 working days.

The Millennium Resort are currently holding the room booked for you as a courtesy and we need to confirm your reservation with them at the special rate offered by Wed 11th June.

If we do not hear from you within this time frame we will proceed on the basis that you do not wish to confirm the booking and will cancel the reservation and provide a full refund to your card.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and although the matter was at all times beyond our control we hope that the above special rate allows you to confirm your booking and stay as planned in Thailand.

我订的国庆2-6号没有砍单,和酒店确认过了。前天发邮件想改到没那么热门的5-9号,酒店还不愿意呢。:L
