淘宝612年中促销 的洲际算不算积分和stay
年中612淘宝旅行大促有洲际的淘宝店参与，当时关注了一下，没有订，不知道有没有积分、stay看到有网友说到
早前我透过IHG天猫612特促活动,订了一间广州中心CP,当时客服还跟我说会有积分及STAY
住宿结束之后大概15天吧,积分及STAY都没有
寄信去 pc.china@ihg.com ,快一个礼拜,连回复都没有之后登了官网,补登积分
没想到那么快有回复
Afterfurther review, we have confirmed the room rate paid during the stay inquestion was deeply discounted. Assuch, it is ineligible for credit to your account per section 12 of the IHGRewards Club Terms and Conditions. However, you mayqualify to earn credit for additional charges incurred during your stay. Pleaseprovide your hotel receipt verifying any additional room charges (mini-bar,phone calls, etc) and we will gladly award the necessary credit to your account.
我在想,我实际付了大概4百多接近5百(已扣掉返现那些),房价应该不算deeply discounted,而且就算不给积分就算,连STAY也没有补.....
最后打了4848,马上解决
天猫店的订单，应该算stay和积分的呀 这个前段某坛说过了的算S的
