普吉四星12刀果然是bug,酒店回复了,接下来怎么办?
那天看到@ Tiny⌒策/aiq的帖子,迅速订了三晚的,然后各种不放心,刚给酒店官网上的邮箱去信,很快就回复了,如下:DearM@¥…… Warmgreetings from Ramada Phuket Southsea Firstof all thank you very much for your kindly contact hotel for your booking byHotelopia.com; we appreciate very much. 大意是说这个价格是网站的错误,我们不能确认这个订单。建议我跟网站联系取消订单,如果还想住这的话,可以直接跟他们预定,他们会给我一个优惠。
钱已经跟银行确认过了,网站已经扣款了。至今也没收到hotelopis网站的k单邮件。有过这种经验的tx,接下来我应该怎么办? 我不知道,祝你好运了,或者不管这封信,直接拿订单入住? 转酒店的邮件给网站,取消并要求补偿撒 凭什么,订到了就让他找网站去

1 明确你是通过合法途径订的酒店,出示订单
2 解决方案
A 网站承担损失,安排你继续入住
B 取消该预定,给你安排同时间和地区的其他酒店,当然要你满意的
C 取消预定,给予一定的经济补偿,可能是网站的券之类的
