IPSC Refund Procedures

Refund for the international terminal fee may be claimed if:

The passenger is exempted from the international passenger service charge
Tickets are not used or flown
Flight is cancelled due to disruption

Exempted passengers who wish to get an IPSC refund, may proceed to the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) Administration Building upon arrival or to designated refund counters at the airport on the departure date and submit the following documents:

Duly accomplished Request for Refund form
Original copy of Exemption Certificate
Presentation of an original copy of the boarding pass and submission of a photocopy If original copy is not available, any of the following:
Presentation of passport showing the passenger's identity and date of departure
Certificate from CEB of the departure date of the passenger (in the absence of the passport)

机场税退款手续

可以主张返还的机场税，如果符合一下列情况：

豁免国际旅客服务费的乘客
机票不使用或飞行
航班因中断而取消

希望得到机场税退款豁免的乘客，可在抵达时到指定的退税柜台进行，并提交下列文件：

填妥退税表格
免税证明的原件(即机票上显示已付机场税)
出示登机牌的原件。如原件不可用，并提交副本，

以及下列任何一项：
显示乘客身份的护照和出发日期
从旅客的离境日期的宿务证明书（如果没有护照）

IPSC就是550p的离境税？还得亲自去机场柜台申请？看来囤票成本大大增加啊
