邮件来去十几封,给他们出示了信用卡照片、护照照片、订单号等信息后,今天终于回信说

好拿,我等退款了,到了我会上来终结帖子
退票经过:
1、我在30号给他们写了邮件,说你们改了我的时间【提前1小时】,这样我赶不上这班飞机的啦!我要退。
2、第二天他们就回信说,你也可以选择换时间换日期,在90天内都可以的。
如果我要退,就让我给出机票订购的一些信息,比如预定号码,乘坐人信息,订票人信息。
3、我给了以后,昨天晚上又回信说,不好意思,我们只提供给信用卡付款人修改的权限。
好奇怪哦,谁告诉他们我不是信用卡持有人呀= =
4、今天早上我又回信,给信用卡正面拍了一张照片email过去,说我就是持卡人。
5、不到十分钟他们就回信了,巴拉巴拉说我们很愉快的接受你的退款申请,但是要去他们任何一家的Ticket Office去办理。 去的时候要带好以下证件。
信用卡持有人要带:
1. Ticket【估计打印就行了吧,我又没有票】
2. Valid ID【护照就行了吧】
3. Credit Card used in the transaction
不是信用卡持有人要带以下,很麻烦呢:
1. Ticket
2. Facsimile of the Credit Card
3. Facsimile of the valid ID of the card owner
4. Facsimile of the valid ID of the duly authorized representative
5. Written authorization from the card owner that must be duly signed and acknowledged by the authorized representative concerned.
I am overseas and I purchased a ticket online, how can I get a refund?
-You will have to send an email to our Online Support team at onlinesupport@airphilexpress.com. Please note that you will be required to furnish the following documents to facilitate your refund:
Formal request from the credit card owner indicating (a) the name of the passenger/s, (b) the credit card number, (c) ticket number and (d) coupon number/route to be refunded and the reason. The credit card owner can only request for the refund.
A clear photocopy/scanned copy of a valid photo ID of the card owner (This must bear the same name on the credit card used).
