最坑的是我还是通过天猫预定的，结果现在直接要联系三方，宾客部、酒店和天猫客服，晕倒！！

没有实质性的内容,就是你继续入住所有积分,权益,活动都享受不到参加不了,要退要改自己直接联系酒店,

我赏夜的免房几个月前换了达沃斯的洲际，现在快出发了，达沃斯那边给我电话说他们淡季不营业了，大概是给我换个酒店。我联系关系部，也是让我自己联系酒店，或者他们只能向酒店转达我的要求。
