标题: 求助～订杂志送英航里程活动
各位好！

两个月前订阅的，ba和avios各一次，至今依然没有收到里程.
发邮件问原因，收到如下回复：
Dear Subscriber,

Thankyou for subscribing to the Sunday Times travel Magazine which entitled you to claim AVIOS travel reward points.

Unfortunately when placing your order, the surname that you supplied has not been recognised by AVIOS as the surname registered to your British Airways Executive Club or Avios Travel Rewards Programme membership number.

Please note that the surname supplied for your magazine subscription must match that of the surname registered to the relevant membership number.

Avios membership numbers are 16 digits long and British Airways Executive Club membership numbers are made up of 8 digits.

Please could you check your membership details and contact us on the email below so that we can amend your credentials to allocate your AVIOS travel reward points.

In the event that we do not receive these details, your points will not be added to your account, so please do get in touch.

Please email us back on sttmavios@servicehelpline.co.uk quoting your surname, membership number and your subscription number which is DOVECU4599369

这啥意思啊？订阅人的名字与ba会员名要一致？大家杂志收件人写的自己的名字吗？

你回下面的邮箱地址，把你正确的Avios 或BA号码喝正确的姓名发给他就行了。他帮你修改你填错的信息

好的，谢谢你，可我之前没填错什么信息吧，都是正确的会员号码啊

你定杂志时候的姓要和英航会员号的姓一致

那我只能重新注册个ba会员了吗？因为姓不一致，而且无法修改

他让你把正确的姓，BA号，杂志编号大道下面那个邮箱。他帮你处理
