AirAsia would like to advice your flight FD3215 scheduled to depart from Bangkok (DMK) to Krabi (KBV) during period 30th October 2016 until 25th March 2017 at 08.20 PM (2020 hrs) has been change flight number with retimed.

New flight number : FD3230

New departure time from Bangkok (DMK) : 10.00 PM (2200 hrs)

New arrival time in Krabi (KBV) : 11.15 PM (23.15 hrs)

In the event of such a flight reschedule, you may also choose from the following Service Recovery Options:

1. Move flight : Change to a new travel date on the same route within 7 days from original flight date without additional cost and subject to seat availability.

我这一程机票是促销的时候买的，但是最后又觉得去菲律宾，。。。所以机票打算放弃仅退税的！现在收到邮件有变更，直接退了！
