refunds for cancellations

This may cause you had received a message from your credit card that our hotel already deduct money from your credit card.

请大家合理安排行程，如果你是提前14天订的，不退不改，不能付现，只能信用卡扣款，我就是扣了款之后问他们的，他们给出以上的回复。我14日入住，13号收到信用卡扣款短信。难怪我订酒店的时候，旁边就有一行是说不退款的，上次还在坛子里问过，大家都说入住当天6点之前是可以取消，这样看来是不行的哦，提前14点以上订房是比14天以内订的房便宜些，所以行程不确定的不要提前太早订。后面我还有一晚是提前5天订的，可以在柜台付现金。

这个是special offer所以无退还吧，普通房间预订当天1800前通知取消都免费的
