标题: 终结【慎用expedia】网站预定酒店,到店没信息。赔了我150RM

我在expedia上预定了普吉岛的机+酒套餐,并且立即付全款,等到普吉酒店后,酒店前台告知没有收到网站订单,没有预定信息!!尼玛原来是expedia没有把预定信息发给酒店!!expedia你坑你爹啊!你让我人生地不熟的上哪住去?!!还好酒店经理比较负责,从网站上找来电话和订单号,打国际长途到马来西亚,跟expedia进行了确认。还好酒店房间没有卖光,给我安排了房间。

以下是我回来后在expedia网站上的投诉
* Comment:
Is this service of Expedia?! I booked a flight+hotel on your website which itinerary number is *** and I paid it immediately. When I got to the hotel, the hotel couldn't find my booking! Your website didn't book any room for me! I did not have a room in the hotel until the manager had a international call to your website to confirm my booking! Fortunately there were rooms haven't been booked, if all rooms had been sold out, where shall I live? The bad service of your website nearly killed my holiday! Please give me your response!
大体意思是:我在你网站预定了一个机加酒套餐并及时付款,结果到酒店后酒店没有我的信息!你网站竟然没有把预订信息发给酒店!后来酒店经理与你网站联系后才确认给了我一个房间。幸亏酒店房间没有卖光,不然爷上哪住去!

然后这网站给我回复了

当然了,网站这种态度,我也无能为力,只愿各位同学今后谨慎使用此网站了。另外旅行前最好直接跟酒店联系一下,提前确认好你的预定信息。


我又给他发信投诉了!
As a well-known travel booking website, I think this error should not occur at expedia. When this stupid error occurs, expedia should compensate your customer, rather than just say sorry. Sorry does not make sense to me! I will publish my experience and your response on tourism forums in China and tell everyone to use expedia with discretion!
看这次会不会有回应了

I have reviewed your reservation details and can see that we had sent the notification of your arrival to the hotel on the same day the reservation was made. Had we not sent the booking information to the hotel, they would not have been able to bill us for your reservation, which they successfully have.

I understand your frustration and disappointment because of the inconvenience caused, however; let me assure you that whatever happened is one of the rare instances where a customer of Expedia.com.my is dissatisfied.

As a goodwill gesture, I can offer you goodwill coupon worth RM50.00, which can bee added to your account. You can use that coupon for your future reservations for accommodation with EXPEDIA.

This voucher can be used at a minimum spend of RM350.00 and it should be at least a two night stay. The coupon is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

I hope that this helps to make a poor situation better and truly hope that this will not deter you from booking with us in the future.

又回信了,意思说:我查了一下你的订单,发现你预定当天我们就把信息发给酒店了,是酒店的错误。不过我们expedia很nice,为了安抚你的情绪,给你一张50马币优惠券,你预定不少于两晚并且订单金额超过350马币的酒店时,可以使用。

我还真是感激你咧!
我又给他回了:你是不是想把责任推给酒店啊?我到酒店的时候,人家跟我要酒店预定确认号,我查了expedia的订单,里面根本没有这个号码。如果你们已经为我预定了酒店,能告诉我为什么没有确认号吗?正视你自己的错误,别把责任推给别人!

又给我回信了。还是说是酒店的责任。不过这次问我想要多少钱的优惠券。。。我要不要回信说给我一天的房价作为补偿。。。



最后一次沟通,expedia直接给我打电话了,可惜我的英语听力和口语实在交流困难,也没完全听明白客服说什么,最后没办法就ok ok了。。后来查了下expedia帐户,给了我150RM的券。还可以了。我怎么在电话里听她说给我50呢。。。难道给错了?
大家帮我看看这是150马币的意思不。。。

expedia还是可以信赖的。出行前联系酒店,确认一下订单,不管是哪个订房网都会存在部分疏忽。曾经expedia多少大羊毛都被我们给媷了

楼主应该直接要求Involve他的上级,普通的Customer service可能没有权限给你什么补偿。

第一,你要说沟通是你们事,和我建立合同的是Expedia,我没有理由去关心你的错误。
