After our investigations on the below complaints forwarded by your good self, we have found that the reservations from the Free Room Nights Campaign has changed to a charged rate due to a technical problem.

In the interim, the Hotel’s reservation team is manually going through all the individual reservations to correct the technical problem. They are also in the midst of reviewing if the bookings have qualified according to the Terms and Conditions on the Free Room Nights Campaign. Further to this, a hotel confirmation letter will be sent to you with the corrected reservation amending the details to complimentary.

Please be advised if the bookings received do not meet the booking conditions, meaning they have booked more than 01 consecutive night, we are happy to honour the 01 night Free Room and for the rest of the booking dates we will extend to them the RM88++ per room per night inclusive of breakfast and wifi.

The Hotel apologies for the inconvenience caused due to this unforeseeable technical problem.

请问这邮件具体啥意思？要不要回复的？我怎么感觉他告诉我如果多余一晚，将收取88++的价格，让我邮件过去告诉他哪天才是免费的？

他的意思是如果你连续定一天以上，除一晚free,其它日期将以88马币收费

同样收到邮件,请问是否要按邮件所写邮件答复对方选择哪天作为免费房入住?

我原来订了2个前天取消了一间，现在保留一间！要不要回复他？按照邮件末尾的邮箱回复？

你订的是能取消的房间么？如果能取消的就给他发邮件吧

就是你定的多晚的房间，只能一晚是free的，其他的都是88MR的房价，爱要就要，不要就取消。

我已经取消多余的，保留了一间，并发了邮件过去了……至今未回复= =！
