AirAsia has always taken great consideration in deciding any changes of flights to destinations that we serve. Unfortunately, the current economic situation brought about by high cost of fuel and other operational challenges have placed cost pressures on our Clark to Macau route.
Consequently, we need to rationalize and consolidate all our routes so we can continue to provide low fares to all our guests which AirAsia is known for.
We regret to inform you that effective 22 October, 2012, all guests who are travelling to/from Macau on / or after 01 December, 2012 will be offered the following options:
• One-time free move of flight to another date before 01 December, 2012
• Cancel guest’s flight and convert the fare into a 90-day Online Credit Shell
• Cancel guest’s flight and refund fare
