TO OUR VALUED PASSENGERS: Due to lack of adequate Immigration facilities at the NAIA Terminal 4 (T4 - International Departure Wing), please be informed that the Manila to Kuala Lumpur v.v. flights will be temporarily operated via Clark International Airport to facilitate immigration procedures until 。。。。

大概意思是：
因为马尼拉的T4航站楼没有足够的出入境设施，所以临时将马尼拉飞吉隆坡的航点，迁移到克拉克飞。一旦设施补全，会重新搬回马尼拉飞。
