This service allows you to make unlimited calls to landline and mobile numbers worldwide (Mobile calls are limited to select countries such as Canada, Hongkong, etc).
Deal expires November 15.
After the first month, your subscription will automatically renew and payments will be taken monthly unless you cancel within 27 days of the start date of your free period.

这个活动只有少数几个国家的人可以参加
中国大陆并不在在内啊

宣传上是这样说的，但是不知道如何判断，如果以用户档案里国家判断的话，应该改一下即可。如果以信用卡判断就没办法了。

我自己本想在这个活动到期前再注册试试看
