宿务航空不能登录怎么办？
输入账号密码显示这个：
Your password has expired. Please reset your password.
重置密码显示这个：

不能重置！
打客服电话打不通!

12月4日更新：
一早8点钟听了10分钟音乐后打通了客服电话：
客服处理不了这个事情！
她们是机票部门，会员是getgo部门的事情，
建议我直接联系getgo处理，
她们也会帮我提交给getgo,但是由于资料不齐全，
可能没有任何作用。
getgo有单独的会员号，不是邮箱号，
我提供不了getgo会员号。
所以建议我电话或者邮件getgo。
自己查了一下条款：
大意是12个月没有获取积分（包括订票、相关网站购物），
账号会被冻结。
我说我是19年3月买的机票，不够12个月。
客服：今年上半年有重置密码的操作，
不活跃会员都需要这个操作。
我会联系getgo试试。
迟点再来更新。

12月7日更新：
GETGO复邮件了：
1. Go to www.GetGo.com.ph and click "Join" at the homepage.
2. Choose Quick Enroll.
3. Fill-in all the necessary fields.
4. Review the Terms and Conditions.

After your registration with GetGo, kindly do reset password to synchronize your GetGo account log in with Cebu Pacific website as a GetGo member.

Below are the steps on how to reset your password through GetGo website to synchronize log in credentials with Cebu Pacific website:

这个我碰到过，那次等了很久，索性不管他，自动跳出来了，发了重置邮件

你的注册邮箱地址对不对啊，看看首字母大小写等有木有错误
