标题: 菲鹰申请退票并退款回信用卡过程
原因:定了四程,其中2程改了1小时左右,2程从下午改到早上,申请退票。

Reason:
All the flights in these two reservations were rescheduled. It'd totally gummed up my travel plan. So that I need to get refund for both of the reservations.

I am in China now, but I booked these tickets from oversea through website. So that I can't go to your office in Philippines for ticket refund issues. Please refund it to my Credit Card. Thank you.

Please be informed that your itinerary for booking FFFFFF and MMMMMMM has been cancelled as per your request. If you wish to process your refund via online, may we request for a scanned Valid ID of the credit card holder and an authorization signed by the credit card holder as well.

再次收到答复邮件:(资料OK到退款相隔1个月时间,2012-11-20 (星期二) 11:15已经退款,5天后查询信用卡是否到账)

11月27日查询信用卡美元到账。

总体感觉:
1、        菲鹰的退票退款限制条件少,因为我这四程并不是航班取消,只是2程改了1小时,2程从下午改早上。从邮件信息菲鹰并没有像亚航一样规定多长时间的变动才可以退票。
2、        到账时间还算不错,1个月就到账。
3、        邮件答复迅速,基本是第二天就有回复。
4、        剔除第三个邮件不符合要求的授权信,基本三个邮件可以搞定,

我也是10月中旬提出退款的,但我当时对那个授权书很郁闷,明明自己用自己的信用卡订的票,干吗退款要我写授权书,没写。现在都没退下来。你这个倒是提醒我了,估计我也要写一下。

定了明年夏天的马尼拉到科隆的往返票,希望不要出现退票的情况。但是还是需要未雨绸缪,收藏先。

其实真正的退款是很快的 只要几个工作日 是他们拖沓

我9月份中旬的退款到11月中旬还没到,我催了菲鹰,他们邮件和我说11月15日向银行提出申请了,这不已经到账了
