标题: 刚需，订长滩羊毛没收到砍单邮件，怎办？
订的是明年6月，当时已经扣费（收到信用卡的扣费短信），确认单也收到了。
看到好多人砍单，但是我没收到，其实如果注定要砍单我宁愿早点通知退款好让我订别家去，如果一直没有收到，那算不算预定成功了呢？就怕到了说不承认。。。纠结！

这个简单，写信问问酒店，就说要退订。如果他说不给退。那就最好了。
给退那就权当砍单了吧。

如果是hotelopia订的垃圾邮箱看看吧或者上他家网站your booking那里查询订单状态应该都是CANCELLED
